CMR COMMISSION PLAN

1. Base Commission Rate: 25% on current revenue for NYPS accounts.

2. CMR to CMR Transfers: All CMR to CMR transfers are handled as current revenue and will be paid the base commission rate of 25 percent. Current
revenue is defined as having billing with United Yellow Pages for the previous year.

3. Local to National Transfers: Same as CMR to CMR transfers.
